And before you know it they are going to get a twitter account, replace the concept of 'aesthetic control' and change the rules for listing buildings, start a municipal recycling co-op and get a pay-as-you-go bike scheme for the whole of the municipality! Not to mention collect the rubbish every day, and sack at least half of the people employed by -but not working for- the municipality in order to become an efficient financial sponsor of municipal cultural and social projects.
Such E-M-P-T-Y bullshit.
I am not being negative - I am being realistic.
We've seen them at work. This is but a pleasing gesture. With absolutely nothing obliging anyone to actually take on board whatever is being 'communicated' via this 'creative dialogue'.
Pallas with its very bad acoustics is a fitting site.
